Refund policy

Returns & Eligibility

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to return unused items in their original condition and packaging.
  • Items must be unopened, unused, and undamaged to qualify for a return.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
  • Final sale items are not eligible for return.
  • No restocking fee.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us – Before returning your item, please email us at hello@couturehomeandbody.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  2. Ship the Item – Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on where to send your package.
  3. Refund Processing – Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom orders or personalized items
  • Used, opened, or damaged products
  • Gift cards

Damage or Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days to notify us if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will work expeditiously to evaluate the issue and correct it.

If you receive a damaged order, please take a picture of the damaged item and email it to hello@couturehomeandbody.com along with your order number ASAP.
