Shipping policy

We offer complimentary shipping on orders over $149 within the continental United States. Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Please allow additional processing time during federal holidays when applicable.

We do not ship outside the United States at this time.

If you receive a damaged order, please take a photo of the damaged item and email it to hello@couturehomeandbody.com along with your order number as soon as possible.

If your package is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at hello@couturehomeandbody.com. We will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement order as soon as possible.

If for any reason your package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost to reship the package. We will calculate the shipping cost and send you an invoice via email. If you choose to receive a refund rather than have your order resent, we'll gladly refund your original purchase. 

Delivery Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Couture Home & Body LLC is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. Couture Home & Body LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If tracking shows that a package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, Couture Home & Body LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
